1. Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor on NauloPasal.com, you must be legally authorized to sell products, and your business must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of our country. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration and business information.
2. Account Registration
Vendors are required to create a vendor account on NauloPasal.com. During registration, you must provide detailed information about your business, including but not limited to:

· PAN/VAT Certificate
· Registration Certificate
· Citizen/NIC/License Certificate
· Contact information
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. NauloPasal.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for any breach of these Terms.
3. Product Listings
· Accuracy: All product listings must provide accurate descriptions, prices, images, and other relevant details. Misleading or incorrect information is prohibited.
· Compliance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Prohibited Items: You may not list or sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items on NauloPasal.com. We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies.
4. Pricing and Payments
· Pricing: Vendors set their own prices for products. However, you must ensure that prices are fair and transparent.
· Payments: NauloPasal.com will process payments for products sold through the platform. After deducting applicable fees, payments will be disbursed to the vendor’s designated account. The timing and frequency of payouts will be determined by the platform's payment policy.
5. Commissions and Fees
NauloPasal.com charges a commission or service fee on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate and any additional fees will be disclosed to you upon registration and may be updated from time to time. By using the platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees, which will be automatically deducted from your sales.
6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Delays and Cancellations: If there are delays or issues in fulfilling an order, vendors must promptly notify the NauloPasal.com. Consistent delays may result in penalties or account suspension.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
· Return Policy: Vendors must establish a clear return and refund policy for their products. This policy must comply with NauloPasal.com’s general guidelines and be communicated in your product listings.
· Refunds: Vendors are responsible for processing returns and issuing refunds in a timely manner if applicable. Refunds should be issued through the NauloPasal.com platform to ensure transaction security.
· Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, NauloPasal.com may mediate to facilitate a resolution. However, NauloPasal.com is not responsible for resolving all disputes, and the vendor is expected to communicate directly with the buyer.
8. Vendor Ratings and Reviews
Buyers may leave ratings and reviews for products purchased from vendors. Vendors are encouraged to maintain high-quality standards to achieve positive reviews. NauloPasal.com does not modify or delete reviews unless they violate our review policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Vendors must ensure that they have the legal right to sell and distribute the products they list on NauloPasal.com. All content, including product images, descriptions, and branding, must comply with intellectual property laws. NauloPasal.com reserves the right to remove any content that infringes on the rights of others.
10. Termination of Vendor Account
NauloPasal.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor's account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activities. Vendors may also terminate their account by providing written notice to NauloPasal.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NauloPasal.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
12. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold NauloPasal.com, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:
· Your breach of these Terms
· Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
· Your sale of products on NauloPasal.com, including but not limited to product liability claims.
